Overview: We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing surgical instruments. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams as you will be actively involved in all stages of the product development stages process and you should confidently oversee each phase: concept ideation, proof of concept design, rapid iteration and prototyping, design for manufacturing, communicating with manufacturers and overseeing large scale product production. We seek an energetic, hands-on professional who can find creative approaches to challenging problems and quickly develop functional solutions. This full-time, in-person position is located near the Flatiron Building in New York.
