Overview

Responsibilities

• This role will mainly be supporting the Revenue Cycle Management initiative but when they are not doing that they will be helping with account provisioning, password resets, basic technology support troubleshooting, lots of data entry based work
• This person needs to have really strong attention to detail
• Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation
• Providing technical support and assistance.
• Interact with end users by phone or in-person to resolve their computer problems related to software and hardware issues to help them get back up running smoothly again.
• Utilize Servicenow ticketing system and address tickets as assigned
• Active directory, account provisioning

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Help Desk / Tech Support experience
• Strong data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable providing customer support over the phone and video
• Healthcare experience is a plus
• ServiceNow Ticketing system experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Remote access experience
• Active directory experience is a plus
