Overview - Primary Care Clinic:
- Conduct intake with patients - measuring and recording virtual signs, patient interview, medical histories
- Perform examinations and routine screenings
- Critically listen and engage with patients and report all findings to the PCP
- Process patient phone messages, return calls, relay information to patients/physicians
- Change patient dressings, apply bandages, remove sutures, and other first aid procedures
- Use CPR skills when necessary
- Provide health coaching to patients
- Medical Assistant diploma
- 1 year work experience as a Medical Assistant
- BLS for healthcare providers required
- EMR experience
- COVID-19 vaccine IS required (they accept SOME exemptions)
Hours: Monday - Friday 8a-5p
