One of Medix's healthcare clients is hiring for a Power Platform Analyst. It is 100% remote.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ticket queue that comes in, troubleshooting
• Working with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Sharepoint, Teams
• Ranges from a few tickets a day - holiday weekends will slew from one drive, sharepoint, teams and power platform is areas of focus
• They have novice people that in those services
• Sometimes it is education or break fix
• Shared volume can be overwhelming and environment can take some time
• Project pipeline on top of that
• They will be supporting all end users (anyone in the corporate environment) - 32k end users
• Communicating with end users

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Power Platform experience with the entire suite of Microsoft applications
• Experience supporting a large amount of users on the platform
• Strong written and verbal communication skills as they will be interacting with different users and technical folks
• Power Apps - they need to be familiar with Power Apps. If they have created applications that would be even better, but someone who is curious and wants to experiment with the software and help out the team with creating and testing applications for use.
• Power Automate (f.k.a. MS Flows) it is used with Power Apps to help develop code for people who aren't developers so they can create basic applications and make customizations to current applications/interfaces.
• Power BI - they will not be developing/creating reports but they will be helping teach different business units how to/which reports they can view, what the reports mean, etc. They do not have to be a Power BI guru, but they need to be able to talk-the-talk here
• SharePoint
• Teams
• Any manufacturing, warehousing or procurement experience is a plus
• Any Power BI Development experience is a plus
