Hiring a Hybrid Prior Authorization Specialist in Seattle, WA!
Schedule: M-F 7:30-4 PM
Pay: $20-$24.40/hr
Day-to-Day:
- Mostly imaging, radiology, PT referrals and prior-authorizations
- Not going to be thrown into complex services in the beginning/training
- Access work queue they are assigned to (EPIC and daily appointment report)
- Any follow up on authorizations from previous day
- Initiate new authorizations
- Manage inbox of questions (outside referral requests)
- Daily expectations - sort work queue (authorizations, referrals, tracking authorizations)
- KPIs = 15-30 authorizations/day depending on complexity
Must Have Qualifications:
- Referral experience
- OneHealth Port
- Strong insurance terminology
