Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience

Position Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) is a clinical nurse responsible for direct patient care, ensuring safety and education, overseeing Medical Assistants (MAs), and fostering collaborative relationships with providers and clinical operations staff. This role is ideal for an experienced nurse who enjoys daily clinical care, has a passion for working with the senior community, and prefers a day shift/Monday-Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Patient Care: Provide bedside care including administering medications, putting in IVs, and setting up monitors.
• Triage: Screen patients over the phone, making decisions to either schedule same-day appointments or direct them to the ER based on severity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Medical Assistants to ensure a smooth patient process and effective clinic operations.
• Patient Education: Offer guidance on managing chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes) to ensure patients understand their care requirements outside the clinic.
• Same-Day Appointments: Primarily manage same-day appointments, handling care that does not require provider presence but with providers available if needed.

Role Requirements:

• RN License: Active Arizona RN license that's in good standing.
• BLS: Active BLS certification.
• Experience: Recent bedside experience required; preference for candidates with direct patient contact rather than those with only triage experience.
• Solo Operation: Ability to work independently.
• Collaboration with MAs: Comfort in working closely with Medical Assistants to streamline patient care processes.
• Education: AA/AS degree in Nursing required; BA/BS degree in Nursing (BSN) or Healthcare Administration preferred.
