Schedule:

• Part-time
• 2-4 days

Responsibilities:Full scope of examining the eyes.
Requirements:

• Valid O.D license in the state of NY
• Board Certified
• Experience with optometry (though new grads welcome!)
• Ok to work in a nursing home setting
• Ok with mobile setting
• Own means of transportation
