#### Core Responsibilities

• Conduct new admissions to the facility.
• Manage routine follow-ups and assess residents' health conditions to formulate a care plan.
• Address acute patient issues and establish follow-up plans.
• Reach informed diagnoses based on medical expertise and patient history.
• Prescribe and interpret lab results and diagnostic tests to identify underlying infections or abnormalities.
• Prescribe medications as necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with nurse practitioners and registered nurses to build a high-performing medical team.
• Foster a trusting and compassionate environment for patients, their families, and the medical team.

#### Requirements

• Board certification.
• Valid MD license in New York.
• Strong communication skills.
• Compassionate approach to patient care.
• Dependability and reliability.

#### Work Schedule

• Flexible days and hours available.
• Full-time (40 hours/week) preferred; part-time (minimum 18 hours/week) will be considered.
