Medline Industries is Hiring a National Accounts Manager Near Dallas, TX

Manage the day to day operation of the National Accounts sales support team. Support margin, sales growth and increased customer relationships.Responsible for operational execution, profitability, maintenance of existing sales volume and development of sales growth. Manage contracting activities in support of achieving company goals. This should ideally be covered out of Dallas, Texas but can be located in other major geographical areas in the Southwest US.
  1. Manage the day to day operation of the National Accounts sales support team.
  2. Identify opportunities to increase margin and sales for the department.
  3. Responsible for the completion of Requests for Proposal (RFP's) for all new and existing product contract opportunities.
  4. Ensure product analysis and data presented to all stakeholders is accurate and meaningful.
  5. Timely and effective communication with all stakeholders including healthcare accounts, internal product divisions, sales teams and corporate customers
  6. Work with all stakeholders to launch and implement new agreements
  7. Develop business plan to achieve division goals
  8. Provide managerial and project back-up for Division as needed

Education
  • Bachelor's degree.
Relevant Work Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.
Experience using business analytical skills including facilitating requirements sessions and documenting activity workflows and business requirements.
Additional
Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, printing centered page and/or creating a pivot table).
