Description
JOB SUMMARY :
Provide maintenance, repairs, and support to facility equipment and building systems.
Responsible for routinely completing and responding to work orders, trouble calls, and emergency maintenance calls.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Complete and respond to all assigned work orders, trouble calls, and emergency maintenance calls.
Maintain accurate record of all operating logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC equipment, and other facility systems that are tested on a routine basis.
Perform repairs and facility support tasks. Tasks include, but are not limited to, light bulb / ballast replacement, door repairs, furniture installation, ceiling tile replacement, and maintaining operation logs.
Perform carpentry duties such as painting, caulking, installing drywall, and installing shelving.
Perform plumbing repairs such as unclogging drains, installing fixtures, and replacing internal components.
Perform other duties as assigned or as necessity dictates.

Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Relevant Work Experience
Additional
Experience applying knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire systems.
Valid Illinois driver’s license.
Willing to work weekends or other overtime hours as business needs dictate.
