JOB SUMMMARY:Facility is seeking an ambitious, operationally focused, and results driven leader. As a Clinic Manager candidate will oversee the clinical, regulatory, and operational functions of the outpatient facility. This is accomplished by hiring, developing, and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Candidate must be organized and able to work independently, possess solid management and computer skills.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of BSN and 12 months dialysis management experience required or 5 years in dialysis with 12 month of management experience.
- Candidate with strong nurse manager experience will be an added advantage
- Current RN state license required.

- California State License
