ResponsibilitiesJoin our team as a full-time Clinic Practice Manager for an independently-owned medical practice in Spokane, Washington. Essential job responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily office operations. Identifies and resolves operational problems. Delegates authority to assigned supervisors/leads.
- Actively engage with the MedMan Client Services Delivery Team to ensure the practice's success.
- Accountable for the recruiting, hiring, orientation, development, evaluation and discipline of staff.
- Supervises personnel. Prepares payroll for employees.
- Managing disputes and conflicts involving patients and staff
- Develops, with input from key stakeholders, and implements clinic policies and procedures.
- Develops guidelines for prioritizing work activities, evaluating effectiveness, and modifying activities as necessary. Ensures that office is staffed appropriately.
- Participates in professional development efforts to ensure currency in health care practices and trends.
- Establishes and maintains an efficient and responsive patient flow system.
- Oversees and approves office supply inventory.
- Negotiating with service providers, suppliers and medical sales representatives
- Supports and upholds established policies, procedures, objectives, quality improvement, safety, environmental and infection control, and codes and requirements of accreditation and regulatory agencies.
- Maintains patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA.
- Performs other related duties as directed or required.
