Role Description

This is a temporary full-time on-site role for a Dispensing Nurse with a 12-week contract. The Dispensing Nurse will be responsible for administering medications to patients, monitoring and documenting patient progress, conducting assessments, providing patient education, and collaborating with the treatment team to develop individualized care plans.

Note: This role is located in Baltimore, MD.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN/RN License
• Experience in medication administration and monitoring
• Knowledge of substance abuse treatment protocols and practices
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols and procedures
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in opioid addiction treatment is a plus
