Duties:Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing practices and protocols.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and implement treatment plans under the supervision of a physician.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.
- Deliver health coaching and education to patients and their families.
- Develop and maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients with infectious disease care needs, hospice palliative medicine requirements, and developmental disabilities.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient care and outcomes.
- Perform basic life support procedures as needed.
Requirements:At least 1 year of experience as RN
