Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Case Management Nurse at Medovent Solutions. As a Case Management Nurse, you will be responsible for tasks such as discharge planning, utilization management, and providing nursing support. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care. This role requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Discharge Planning and Utilization Management skills
• Strong nursing background and knowledge of medicine
• Experience in case management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Current RN license
• Experience with electronic medical records and other relevant software
