Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, assist in the development and implementation of care plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Perform various nursing duties including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, communicate changes to healthcare providers
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention
- Document patient care services accurately and timely
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Experience in areas such as spinal tap, primary care, senior care, behavioral health, airway management, tube feeding is preferred
- Familiarity with OR procedures, triage protocols
- Ability to travel for assignments if required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
