- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Knowledge of insurance products and usages.
- Address insurance-related inquiries, including policy alterations and billing queries.
- Efficiently document and maintain customer records, ensuring clear communication and follow-up actions.
- Process various customer-related documents such as renewals, proposals, certificates of insurance and invoices.
- Correspond with carrier underwriters (at direction of AE)
- Set priorities and manage workflow to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of renewals, changes, transactions, etc.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client and proprietary information.
We are looking for candidates with… High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in CSR/Commercial Insurance role.
- A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, yet able to collaborate effectively.
- Knowledge of Agency Management Systems (Applied, Hawksoft, etc.)
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to adapt and learn new systems and processes (software).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- P&C insurance license
