In this role, you will…
- Collect data, maintain records, and submit accurate and timely reports to fund organizations.
- Continuously build knowledge and understanding to ensure compliance with fund rules and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to reconcile basic fund coverage or account discrepancies.
- Respond to basic inquiries from customers, distribution partners, or state DOIs.
- Maintain cordial business relationships with state fund administrators.
- Follow standard operating procedures and keep clear and relevant documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Associate Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
- 2 years of insurance industry experience.
- 2 years of accounts receivable experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- A proven ability to work well in a team environment.
- A desire to learn, research, and understand complex rules and requirements.
- Basic analytical and audit experience.
- Basic Excel skills.
