You will be collaborating closely with the estimating team, holding a crucial position in integrating project management and estimating tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the estimating team in preparing accurate project cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- Organize necessary project documentation, such as blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Maintain project-related documentation, including contracts, permits, and insurance certificates.
- Schedule pre-bid meetings with stakeholders, ensuring that all necessary parties are informed
Experience:
- 1/3 years of experience in project coordination, estimating, or a related field in civil engineering/construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
