Unit Highlights
As a Level I Trauma Center, MWHC is a safety nethospital for our region. The 23 suite OR plays a significant role in providingcare to patients with emergent, routine, and complex surgical needs. It is achallenging, yet incredibly rewarding environment. The OR nurse can function intwo roles: Circulator and Scrub Nurse. The OR team provides care to patientsundergoing a variety of surgical procedures, to include cardiac/cardiactransplant, thoracic, vascular, general, orthopedic, gynecology, plastics, robotics,organ procurement, and trauma.
Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex. You will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically analyzes trends and changes in patient status and plans appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
• Active DC RN License and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required.

This position has a hiring range of $52.65 - $85.597
