Unit Highlights
Nurses in IR provide care for both out-patients and in-patients with various medical diagnoses. Nurses in IR work alongside radiology technicians and interventionalists who are specialized to care for patients who undergo minimally invasive procedures- using imaging guidance, such as computed tomography, ultrasound, and x-ray fluoroscopy. These procedures vary from scheduled to urgent and emergent peripheral and /or neurological interventions.

Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex. You will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically analyzes trends and changes in patient status and plansappropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.

Qualifications
ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
Active RN License and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required.
