CAREERS THAT CHANGE LIVESThe Enterprise Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence is focused on advancing strategic enterprise level initiatives in artificial intelligence, data solutions and digital health, to deliver differentiated value to patients, customers, and healthcare systems. The AI COE reports into the Global Technology & Innovation Office lead by the CTO. This role is for an experienced program leader to head strategic coordination across multiple business units on strategic programs and serve as the liaison for R&D programs across the enterprise into the AI COE.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Lead programs and deliver on initiatives in support of the AI COE
  • Play role of OU Liaison representing AI COE
  • Collaborate with enterprise operating units (OU) to evaluate opportunities for unified platforms and solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison to the OUs and various functions to promote tactical level hub-spoke model role out.
  • Oversees the investigation and evaluation of existing technologies.
  • Quantify business value and impact of leverageable and scalable platform, across multiple user groups.
  • Synchronize roadmaps and product development cycles for planned enterprise development.
  • Lay out program roadmaps and implementation plans with timelines for convergence to unified solutions that meets the strategic plan of the stakeholder OUs and dovetails with their existing investments and roadmaps.
  • Directs the development of new concepts from initial design to market release.
  • Spearhead coordination efforts between various operating units and functional teams on strategic programs.
  • Socialize programs across multiple OUs that could benefit from leverageable solutions.
  • Plans, directs, and implements all aspects of the company's design and development of new medical device products or software systems.
  • May develop, evaluate, implement, and maintain technical quality assurance and control systems or reliability systems and standards pertaining to materials, techniques, or company products.
  • Oversees the investigation and evaluation of existing technologies.
  • Guides the conceptualization of new methodologies, materials, machines, processes, or products.
  • Directs the development of new concepts from initial design to market release.
  • Manages feasibility studies of the design to determine if capable of functioning as intended.
  • Monitors documentation maintenance throughout all phases of research and development.
  • Organizes the coordination of activities with outside suppliers and consultants to ensure timely delivery.
  • Perform program management tasks as needed.
MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree
  • 7 years of managerial experience
NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Strongly Preferred:
  • Previous success in strategic roles within healthcare and/or technology industries.
  • Strong business acumen and financial analysis expertise.
  • Impeccable communication skills.
  • Demonstrable success leading cross-functional teams; adept at driving engagement and fostering a collaborative working environment.
  • Background in AI or related technologies.
  • Familiarity with process of consultative selling.
  • Experience executing change management.
  • Knowledge of product development processes.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline.

The provided base salary range is used nationally (except in certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
