In the role you will be working in a clean room manufacturing environment that requires you to were personal protective equipment including eyewear, ear plugs, hair net and protective gowning.

In this role you will assemble finished products and subassemblies of medical devices.Perform manufacturing operations on components for these products.

 1st Shift - $17.29 an hour = Monday – Thursday 7:00 – 3:15, Friday 6:00 – 2:15

A Day in the Life

  • Set up work- stations by reading assembly instructions, gathering parts, tools, and materials.
  • Assembles subassemblies and finished product per standardized work instructions to ensure the product meets or exceeds quality standards.
  • Verifies specifications by measuring and testing completed subassemblies and finished product.
  • Complies with quality standards and work instructions.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Basic understanding of Bill of Materials and Routings
  • Pull components per BOM to support released customer schedules.
  • Comply with policies and procedures.
  • Comply with non-conforming product procedures.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Experience working in an clean room manufacturing environment.
  • Hands on, self-reliant, and strong attention to detail
  • Team player with high personal motivation.
  • Work with minimal direction
  • Ability to use standard measuring/inspection devices (i.e. micrometer, gauge pins, microscope, caliper, inspection equipment, etc.) for product in-process inspection purposes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High awareness of the importance of quality and safety.
