Role Description

This is a contracted position for a Certified Product Trainer (CPT) located in the Steubenville, Ohio/Wheeling, West Virginia area with flexibility for some remote work. The CPT will be responsible for conducting product training, educating clients on medical devices, and following up with them after the training to ensure they are successful on their pump/CGM system. The CPT will also be responsible for the education and training for certification on the different insulin pump devices and automated insulin delivery (AID) technologies, and will work closely with the Clinical Territory Managers at Medtronic Diabetes in Steubenville, Ohio/Wheeling, West Virginia area.

Qualifications

• Product Training and Training & Development Skills
• Analytical Skills
• Experience in diabetes management or education is preferred, but we can train
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Ability to assist with group trainings during the week between 9a-5p and able to train patients during business hours, evenings, and weekends.
• Bachelor's degree and active medical license (RN, RD, PharmD, NP, PA)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (mostly domestic) mileage paid
