As a Senior HR Generalist, you'll play a critical role in executing HR initiatives that positively impact our employees and business outcomes. This dynamic, results-oriented HR professional will plan and partner with HR COEs to support the execution of programs and initiatives in talent acquisition, culture change, ID&E, performance management, talent management and development, employee relations, total rewards, and organization effectiveness. This role will report to a Sr. HR Director and will provide both hands on tactical support and HR partnership to functional areas such as Field Sales, IT, Medical Affairs or Marketing etc. They will serve as a trusted advisor to front and mid-level leaders and employees, handle day to day inquiries, and prepare leaders for key meetings and HR deliverables.
Medtronic Hybrid Work Model:You will be required to work on-site at our Northridge, California location three (3) days per week. This on-site presence is crucial to fostering collaboration and maintaining a strong connection with our team and the workplace environment.
