Professional Claims Bureau, Inc. is looking to interview prospective candidates in the following areas:

* Self-Pay Collections / Customer Service

* Previous customer service/collection experience a plus

* Previous healthcare A/R experience a plus

*Job Description and Responsibilities*

Self-Pay Collections / Customer Service

* Responsible for reviewing past due bills and supporting documentation regarding account delinquency.

* Handle extremely high volume of incoming and outgoing phone contact

* Collect responsible party payments for processing.

* Phone correspondence with patients to explain outstanding debt on medical bills.

* Accept third party payor information for review and processing.

* Identify problem delinquencies and submit to the appropriate department for resolution.

* Communicate with finance and billing departments to ensure payments are processed in a timely manner.

* Assists to resolve matters associated with patient accounts.

* Provides excellent customer service in response to patient inquiries.

* Collaborates with internal personnel and all departments to achieve common goals.

* Communicates issues and concerns with management team and appropriate personnel.

* Applies updates to patient accounts as received and as required.
