**Duties:**

- Perform procedures such as IV insertions, sterile processing, spinal taps, and other medical interventions.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Maintain accurate medical records using systems like eClinicalWorks
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols to maintain a safe healthcare environment.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Texas.
- Graduate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology.
- Proficiency in conducting physical examinations and interpreting diagnostic tests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Nice-to-Have Skills:**
- Experience with IV insertion techniques.
- Familiarity with sterile processing procedures.
