Duties
- Implement treatment plans supervised by a licensed Physician
- Administer direct patient care, encompassing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities
- Track and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed
- Educate patients and families on at-home care exercises and techniques
- Collaborate with the healthcare team for comprehensive patient support
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Preferred background in occupational health, acute care, or hospital environments
- Proficiency in anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Knowledge of trigger point therapy and other manual therapy approaches
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
