We’re hiring for a National Sales Director to drive revenue growth and expand market presence through strategic sales initiatives. What You Will Do
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire high-volume accounts.
Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision makers.
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed targets.
Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize opportunities for growth.
Utilize market insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales tactics.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven success in sales leadership roles, preferably in acquiring high-volume accounts.
Experience selling Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions is a plus.
Ability to engage and influence C-level executives effectively.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing sales data.
