Job Description

Senior Business Development Manager, Commercial Staffing- Phoenix, AZ

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for targeting C-level prospects and building strategic partnerships to secure high-volume staffing contracts. This role requires a proven track record in B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize C-level prospects within target industries for high-volume staffing contracts.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CEOs, CFOs, and CHROs.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose customized staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements to ensure win-win outcomes for both the company and clients.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing high-volume contracts in the staffing industry
  • Demonstrated success in selling staffing solutions or related services to C-level executives.
  • Strong understanding of HR and workforce management trends, including contingent staffing, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), and managed services programs (MSP).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
