They are currently seeking a talented and motivated Associate Scientist to join our Analytical Development team, focusing on protein biochemistry.

Job Description:

As an Associate Scientist in Analytical Development, you will be instrumental in advancing our understanding and characterization of protein-based therapeutics. You will develop and implement robust analytical methods to support the development, validation, and transfer of assays crucial for our product pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods for the characterization of protein-based therapeutics.
• Perform routine and complex analytical assays such as SDS-PAGE, western blot, A280, BCA, DNA quantification, host cell protein analysis, and ELISAs.
• Analyze and interpret data to ensure accurate and reliable results, contributing to the understanding of product quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and regulatory submissions.
• Document experimental procedures, results, and findings in compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve analytical issues, ensuring continuous improvement of methodologies.
• Participate in the technology transfer of analytical methods to Quality Control and manufacturing teams.
• Stay current with advancements in analytical technologies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in analytical development with a focus on protein biochemistry.
• Proficiency in analytical techniques such as SDS-PAGE, western blot, A280, BCA, DNA quantification, host cell protein analysis, and ELISAs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
