Director, Clinical Operations

An exciting position with an innovative and clinical stage biopharma based in Massachusetts. This company is focused on oncology & have recently received over $100 million in new funding.

Job Description:

This role is hybrid once a week in Cambridge. . This is a highly visible role, reporting to the CMO, tasked with growing out the Clinical Operations department as the most senior Clinical Operations hire. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple phases of clinical operations in oncology and will be excited about the opportunity to make a huge impact in an actively growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Leading all strategic planning and activities in Clinical Operations
• Building out the Clinical Operations group
• Ensuring that the clinical stage programs are on track to reach objectives and milestones while delivering within timelines, budgets & quality standards
• Developing, maintaining, and reporting on program budgets in support of the company’s financial goals

Skills:

• BS/MS degree in a scientific field
• 7 years of experience managing clinical trials/operations
• Strong experience in Clinical Operations leadership
• Experience in oncology required
