*Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Experience Required

Our innovative client is looking for a Project Manager III to lead and manage special projects within the Capex Project Management department. This hybrid role will involve overseeing project scope, schedule, and budget, while ensuring compliance with industry best practices and governance throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of GMP environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and organize project teams, collaborating with site and global/corporate organizations as needed.
• Monitor and control project progress, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide oversight, guidance, and decision-making for project direction and deliverables.
• Communicate project status, risks, and achievements to stakeholders, including the Project Sponsor and Steering Committee.
• Develop and implement project charters, scopes of work, and project execution plans.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, building codes, and internal regulations.
• Manage contractor relationships, ensuring adherence to contractual agreements and project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Strong project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management tools, and cloud-based storage systems.
