An exciting biopharmaceutical company looking to bring on a dynamic and experienced professional to join their team in the role of Senior Manager/Associate Director, Clinical Outsourcing. In this position, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our clinical outsourcing activities to ensure the successful execution of our clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Selection and Management: Lead the process of identifying, selecting, and managing external vendors for various clinical outsourcing needs.
• Contract Negotiation: Drive negotiations with vendors to establish mutually beneficial agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Budget Oversight: Manage the budget for clinical outsourcing activities, monitoring costs and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and address potential risks associated with outsourcing activities, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations, Project Management, and Finance, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of outsourcing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Extensive experience in clinical outsourcing within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
