The Quality Analyst will monitor and evaluate operational processes and outputs to ensure they meet the established quality standards. The role involves analyzing data, conducting audits, and working closely with various teams to drive improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed statistical data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in product quality and process efficiency.
• Perform regular quality assurance audits across various production and operational stages to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Establish and monitor quality metrics and performance indicators, report findings to management, and propose actionable improvements.
• Ensure products and services meet customer expectations and regulatory compliance standards.
• Collaborate with product development teams to recommend improvements and solutions for identified quality issues.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for quality testing and assurance activities.
• Foster a culture of improvement and quality awareness throughout the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role in a manufacturing environment, semi-conductor sector, preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify minor issues that could lead to significant problems.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication, capable of effectively conveying quality standards and findings to a diverse audience.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Strong teamwork skills and work collaboratively across different departments and teams.
• Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving quality benchmarks and organizational objectives.

Education and Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within the semi-conductor sector.
• Familiarity with quality standards and regulations relevant to the ISO 9001 or AS9100.
• Experience using ERP systems, Infor preferred.
• Advance level of expertise with Excel

Certified Quality Analyst (CQA ISO 9001 Certification. (preferred)

ISO 9001 Internal Auditor (preferred)
