Overview:

Megalabs USA is seeking a Marketing Director to lead and grow our dietary supplements portfolio in the US retail market. This role partners closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing to drive growth for existing products and launch new ones. You’ll be at the forefront of brand strategy, market intelligence, and consumer trends to position our products for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish a clear vision and growth marketing plan to support the company’s financial objectives and drive commercial execution across Megalabs NorAm sales teams.
• Work closely with the management team to identify marketing technology white space. Share findings and insights and develop plans for targeted growth areas and market expansion in all channels.
• Develop and execute growth-oriented marketing strategies aligned with financial goals.
• Analyze product performance and leverage marketplace data to identify category and consumer trends and translate findings into actionable plans.
• Lead product innovation from concept to launch, including managing the stage-gate process.
• Drive consumer and market insights to refine brand positioning and identify new growth areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Digital) to bring marketing strategies to life.
• Build impactful marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10 years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in dietary supplements or CPG.
• Proven P&L management and strategic planning expertise.
• Strong digital marketing skills with experience leading omnichannel campaigns.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
