We are searching for an Enterprise Architect who will provide architecture support for Industrial Systems at Ford Motor Company. To thrive in this position, you will need to have the Business & Information Architecture expertise along with a desire to work with Product Team (both business and IT) members across the enterprise.
Skills Required:
  • Proficient in business consulting with strong facilitation, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-manage, develop work plans, and employ effective methods to navigate ambiguity and foster consensus for architectural solutions in both legacy and cloud-native paradigms.
  • Self-motivated individual with the capacity to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team setting
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Familiarity with Product Development, Quality, Regulatory and Ordering domain processes and tools within Ford or similar organizations.
  • Exceptional time management and digital proficiency, utilizing tools such as MS Office.
  • Proven leadership skills in working with senior management to facilitate decision-making
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, including leading problem-solving teams.
  • Experience in process modeling frameworks like BPMN and process automation tools
  • Expertise in interoperability standards and methods
  • Experience in liaising with external suppliers and vendors for consultancy and procurement solutions.
