What You'll Be Doing

• Completion of bank reconciliations for all global entities in multiple currencies daily
• Reviewing and actioning any unapplied and unallocated payments on an ongoing basis
• Preparing journal entries as required, ensuring proper coding and documentation
• Monthly Virtual Credit Card reconciliations
• Reconciliation of vendor and customer accounts
• Assisting the Accounts Payable team as required
• End of Month processes and ad hoc tasks as required
• Working with a friendly and tight-knit team

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated experience in bank reconciliations
• High volume ERP experience, ideally Dynamics 365.
• Strong numeracy and data management skills
• Intermediate excel skills
• Strong standards of ethics, professionalism and confidentiality
• Agile and Adaptable - able to quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Full-time position
