Our Law Firm is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist! If you are highly ambitious, fluent in Spanish and looking for a great atmosphere and co-workers then this job is for you.
Job duties include (but are not limited to):
*Answer phone calls
*Contact clients regarding settlement checks and company reviews
*Screen calls and transfer the call to the right individual
*Able to perform a brief intake on potential clients and cases
*Greet clients and potential clients that walk into the office
*Sort and scan incoming mail to client files
*Send mail via FedEx, UPS, and USPS
*Receiving and sending faxes
*Labeling electronic file
*Data Entry in our Legal Software (CasePeer)
*Prepare Letters, Documents and Spreadsheets
*Keeping a clean work space and kitchen and coordinating office events
*Coordinating tasks with case managers and attorney
*Responsible for monthly inventory orders
*CasePeer software familiarity is a plus
