How you will make an impact:

The Lead Software Architect is an application development position that works closely with the SCRUM Product Owner and other Lead Software Architects and business users to lead development, implementation, and maintenance of critical software applications for Meissner’s Manufacturing Execution (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and applications is essential to success. Meissner values highly motivated individuals who are interested in learning new technologies and can work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Lead, architect, and implement software applications that conform to a business need, including database designs and query development.
• Analyze system requirements to effectively meet the needs of business users.
• Actively engage with end users and cross-functional departments to support enhancements, bug fixes, and ensure successful solution delivery.
• Ensure continued functionality of software during maintenance and testing efforts.
• Work within defined processes for the software development lifecycle.

The skills and experience you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline is required.
• 6 - 10 years of software development experience is required.
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills and able to write and communicate in English
• Ability to multitask and work independently to solve complex issues.
• Highly motivated and driven by a desire to solve difficult problems and learn new technology.

US BASE PAY SCALE $153,600 - $189,900

The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicant's experience.
