Hello!

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Yoga Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in yoga and related fitness disciplines, with a focus on creating a positive and inclusive environment for all participants in healing and calm environment

Responsibilities

- Lead yoga classes for individuals or groups of varying skill levels 1-2 times a week

- Develop and implement yoga programs that align with the needs and goals of participants

- Provide guidance on proper yoga techniques and postures

- Create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all participants

- Monitor participant progress and make adjustments to classes as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized yoga studio environment

Qualifications:

- Certification in Yoga Instruction

- Experience teaching yoga classes to individuals or groups

- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and proper body alignment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to create engaging and effective yoga sequences

- Familiarity with program design and progression

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**

- Fitness sales background

- Sports coaching knowledge

- Dance background

- Group fitness instruction expertise

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30.30 - $34.96 per hour

Expected hours: 2 per week

Schedule:

• Choose your own hours
• Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus opportunities

Experience:

• Teaching: 3 years (Required)
• Yoga: 3 years (Required)
• Group fitness: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• AED Certification (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Edison, NJ 08820 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Edison, NJ 08820: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
