Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Sales Associate at Mela. The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling the brand's premium apple leather goods, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves maintaining product knowledge, assisting with inventory management, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Sales, Customer Service, and Retail Experience
- Must have B2B experience in the fashion industry.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of Fashion and Accessories Industry
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Experience with CRM software or sales tools
- Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
