Thomas Carr College is also a leading provider of VCE offshore delivery and opportunities exist for international travel as part of a mentoring role that attracts the generous time and financial allowance.The RoleThe Director of College Operations plays a key role in the planning, organisation and efficient running of the College. This includes key aspects related to the day-to-day staffing and timetable arrangements of the College and whole school operations.SalaryIn accordance with the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA), the salary range for all teaching staff is $78,801 – $116,894 as per the Schedule of Salary.Positions of Leadership are paid an additional POL allowance as listed in the Position Description.AttributesPlease refer to the Position Description.Application ProcessPlease refer to our College website for Position Description and application process.
