Melinda Owens Law Firm is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Granbury, TX

This is position will be up to 6 hours per day. We will work to coordinate a set of 6 hours per day based on the appliant's needs. We are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This is perfect opportunity for a parent looking to work while chidlren are in school.

Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendar
- Check-in clients, open files, and generate representation agreements
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office

Experience
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role is required
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook) is required
- Experience working in a law office is a plus
- Familiarity with CLIO is a plus
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
