Seeking a permanent litigation legal assistant for a medical defense malpractic firm, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in either general litigation from a law firm or in-house corporation or strong medical malpractice, and healthcare litigation.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage time effectively, strong Word, Excel, and software skills
• Litigation experience, medical malpractice, and state and federal court experience are a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and the ability to collaborate well in a team with other paralegals and attorneys in the firm opposing counsel
• Smart Advocate case management system experience preferred
