Team Members perform essential duties in many different areas within the restaurant, including the cash register area, expo, fry station, lobby, and prep area, and provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to ensure an excellent customer experience 

• Warmly greet and engage each guest
• Assist guests in the selection process
• Enter orders into the point of sale (POS) system, collect a payment, provide correct change, etc.
• Interact with guests and ensure that proper sequence of service is followed
• Have a detailed knowledge of the Melty menu
• Have a basic understanding of cooking and serving food and can read and follow basic recipes and procedures
• Measure and assemble ingredients to create melted sandwiches, sauces, sides, and desserts
• Embrace and promote all facets of Melty's Principles
• Exhibit job and product knowledge to accurately support all functions at a Melty restaurant

• No prior experience or training is necessary
• Previous guest service and/or food & beverage experience preferred 
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation or reliable use of public transportation
• Must have or obtain a current Food Handlers Permit within 30 days of employment
