We are a rapidly growing Investment Advisory/Financial Services Firm located in Williamsville, NY. We are excited to have the opportunity to add a new Financial Services Assistant to our successful team! You will be responsible for assisting our clients with the following:

Responsibilities:

* Handle client calls, both incoming and outgoing

* Prepare and process paperwork

* Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and concerns

* Document and update client records based on interactions

* Schedule appointments for 2 advisors

* Calculate and process Required Minimum Distributions

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in the financial services field required

* Ability to build a rapport with clients

* Ability to prioritize and multitask

* Positive and professional demeanor

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
