Description:

The Mobile Hydraulic and Industrial Hose Field Service Technician will be responsible for providing on-site repair and maintenance services for hydraulic and industrial hose systems. This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong technical skills and the ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site service and repair of hydraulic and industrial hose systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic and hose system issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on customer equipment.
• Assemble, install, and test new hydraulic and hose systems.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on service status and recommendations for repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage inventory and tools on the service vehicle to ensure readiness for service calls.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician, preferably in the hydraulic or industrial hose industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic and industrial hose systems.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training is a plus.

Preferred:

• Experience with hydraulic hose assembly and installation.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and industrial hose products and applications.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
