MEMCO is hiring a CLIENT SERVICES ADMIN ASSISTANT!!

Pay: 18-21; BOE 

Shift: Mon-Fri 7-5p; Sat 8-1p

Description: 

The Client Services Admin will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing efficient and effective support to our clients. This position involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of services and products.

Responsibilities: 

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Maintain and update customer records in the company database.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely shipping and delivery of products.
• Handle customer complaints and issues, providing appropriate solutions and follow-up.
• Assist with inventory management and order tracking.
• Prepare and distribute invoices and other billing documents.
• Support sales and marketing teams with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the hydraulic or industrial hose industry.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
