MEMCO is Hiring a Mobile Service Technician Near Alpharetta, GA
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site service and repair of hydraulic and industrial hose systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic and hose system issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on customer equipment.
- Assemble, install, and test new hydraulic and hose systems.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on service status and recommendations for repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage inventory and tools on the service vehicle to ensure readiness for service calls.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician, preferably in the hydraulic or industrial hose industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic and industrial hose systems.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training is a plus.
- Experience with hydraulic hose assembly and installation.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and industrial hose products and applications.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
